· Conduct & ensure proper orientation program in place and coordinate with training department for employee orientation & trainings.
· Update & review of key performance standards to ensure these are met.
· Coordinate with Time Office for staff & workers attendance, leaves, over time records and reports.
· Manage employee database; personal files, CV’s database.
· To arrange in house training events and internships.
· Preparation of job descriptions;
· Monthly Housekeeping schedule and monitoring in all 4 units.
· Prepare conference or event materials, such as flyers or invitations.
